  • Service providers and subcontractors processing data on behalf of PubliCo Oy (e.g., newsletter platform, CRM system, event management, website maintenance)

  • As a rule, data are not transferred outside the EU/EEA. If a transfer is necessary, we use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards compliant with the GDPR.

  • Data related to customer relationships are retained for as long as necessary to manage the relationship or to meet legal obligations.
  • Newsletter subscriber data are retained until the subscription is cancelled.
  • Cookie data are retained in accordance with the cookie policy.
